This delicious semi-sweet vinegar is made from pure white Moscatel grapes and aged in American oak barrels. It can be used in place of a dark balsamic to achieve an exquisite fruit flavor with a light presentation. Use to deglaze a pan after sautéing shrimp and whisk in a dollop of crème fraiche for a quick and flavorful sauce. 6.8fl oz.
