These amazing mats are made of woven rubberized silicone. They not only provide even heat distribution they make everything virtually non-stick. The go from freezer to oven and make a great surface for candy-making. Clean up is a snap with a soapy sponge. For use in temperatures between -40°F- and 580°F. Not for use under any type of broiler. 16”x 24” will fit a commercial size sheet pan.
